How it uses Jev

ルール・マスタ照合で確定できない箇所だけ、AI SDK ( experimental evaluate ) 経由で TypeSafe Jev に「候補からの選択 (Choice)」を問い、確率・confidence を結果に残します。 Jev はテキストを生成しないため、正規化文字列の組み立ては常にコード側で行います。
